GARAGES AND BOOKING
This loop is what makes a Passport worth reading. Because the job is booked through Motorspree and confirmed by the workshop that performed it, the record is something two parties agreed on.

STEP 01
Your active vehicle is already selected, because each car is paired to its head unit at add time and the phone knows which one you drove in on. Override it in one tap when you are in somebody else’s car.
STEP 02
Services and prices come from the workshop, in your market currency. You see the slot, the bay and what the job normally takes before you commit to anything.
STEP 03
Card, bank transfer with proof, or cash on completion. The deposit is set by the garage. Anything that moves money carries an idempotency key, so a flaky connection never charges you twice.
STEP 04
Status changes push to your phone and your email. Questions stay inside the service inquiry thread, attached to the booking rather than lost in a general chat.
STEP 05
When the workshop marks the job complete, the entry lands on the Passport with the date, the mileage and the parts. Nobody edits it afterwards. A correction is a new entry that points at the original.

Reliability is computed from confirmed jobs, schedule adherence and disputes. It is not a star rating anybody can farm with friends.
