HELP AND SUPPORT
If the answer is not here, a person will reply. We do not run a bot that pretends to be one.
A lifelong record attached to a specific vehicle rather than to you: every service, modification, fill-up, travel stamp and document, held in one place. It opens when the car joins Motorspree and it keeps going through every owner the car has afterwards.
A record is garage-verified when the workshop that performed the work confirms it in Motorspree, with the date, the mileage and the parts. Self-logged entries still appear, clearly labelled as self-logged, so nobody reading the Passport can mistake one for the other.
No, and that is deliberate. Passport entries are append-only. If something is wrong you add a correction that references the original, and both stay visible. A record anyone could quietly rewrite would not be worth reading.
You share a read-only link so the buyer can read the whole history before money moves, then transfer the Passport on sale. The record goes with the car. Your name, contacts, messages, fuel spend and locations do not.
Yes, with their own wear items and their own detection. Commuter bikes under 200cc are outside the product, and that check runs at the engine capacity field before you have uploaded anything.
Workshops are reviewed before they can take bookings, and after that their public reliability score is computed from confirmed jobs, schedule adherence and disputes rather than from stars their friends leave.
Bank transfer with proof of payment, or cash on the spot. It is paid straight to the garage, never to Motorspree. Bigger jobs may ask for an advance, which also goes directly to the garage. We hold none of it and take no cut of it, so there is no card number for us to store.
Open the menu and tap Set up a Garage. After three short steps (your business, your location and hours, your specialties) the Owner Console appears in the same app: dashboard, jobs, schedule, verification, services, earnings, inquiries and reviews. Garages pay a flat monthly membership and no commission on the jobs they take. Joining at launch means building a public record from day one.
Your first Passport, free to keep and read, with fuel logging and automatic mileage working on it. The whole social side, messages with other drivers, and browsing garages with their prices and reliability scores are free too. Logging services and documents, Health tracking, booking a garage and asking a garage a question are Motorspree+.
Nothing is deleted. Your Passport becomes read-only: you keep reading, sharing and transferring your records, and you stop adding new ones until you resubscribe.
Yes, on monthly plans: they start with a free trial and then bill automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Yearly plans give you two months free, are billed once a year, and renew automatically.
No. Signing up does not require identity verification. Adding a vehicle asks for its registration card, and that check confirms the car matches the details you entered. It is a vehicle-ownership check, not an identity one.
Direct messages in Connect are stored encrypted, and Motorspree staff do not read them. If you report a message, only that message is sent to our moderators, from your phone. Your chats come back on a new phone through your Apple or Google account, or through a chat-backup passphrase you can set in Messages.
For automatic mileage, if you turn it on, which records your drives while the app is closed; for finding garages near you; for city travel stamps; and for the prompts that offer to log a service or a fill-up when you are actually at one. Each is separately controllable under Settings › Location & automatic mileage, and turning any of them off degrades that feature rather than breaking the app.
A six-digit code is required on every sign-in, including after Apple or Google. It comes by email, in every country. Only an account with no email address gets it another way: on WhatsApp in Pakistan, or by text message elsewhere. You also get login alerts, a trusted-device list, optional biometric app lock and encrypted backup.
Turn it on from the Travels tab of your Passport, or when you add a car, and allow the location and motion permissions the phone asks for. From then on the phone app records each drive on its own, files it under the car you were driving, and keeps the mileage up to date. It works on every plan, Free included, and it records in the iPhone and Android apps rather than in a web browser. You can turn it off at any time under Settings › Location & automatic mileage.
Private messages, behind the chat icon at the top of the screen. Open a driver's profile and tap the message button to start a conversation, or open a garage and tap Ask the garage a question. Messaging other drivers is free; asking a garage a question is Motorspree+, like booking. Messages are stored encrypted and Motorspree staff do not read them.
They are the app's own words for familiar things. Your Crew is your followers and your Convoy is your connections. A Rev is a like, the gauge under every post, and Park saves a post for later. A Showcase is a post on your profile, and Stories are photos at the top of the Vault that disappear after 24 hours. The full list is on the culture page.
