Identify MOTORSPREE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED as the data controller, give the registered address and company number, and name the contact point for privacy questions.
List by category rather than by field: account details, vehicle and Passport records, location where you enable it, payment metadata held by the provider, device and diagnostic data. State plainly that sign-up does not require identity documents and that the registration-card check confirms the vehicle, not the person.
Give a purpose and a lawful basis for each category. Keep the language concrete: garage discovery, travel stamps, wear calculations, fraud prevention, account security.
State the negatives explicitly, because they are what people actually want to know. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted and unreadable by us. Content is not used to train general-purpose models. Personal data is not sold.
Name the categories of recipient: garages you book with, the payment provider, cloud infrastructure, and any partner you explicitly consent to. Explain what a read-only Passport share link does and does not include.
Say how long each category is kept and why. Be specific about the records that legal or financial rules force us to retain after account closure, and name those rules.
Access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, and how to exercise each. Note that Passport entries are append-only, so a correction is added rather than overwritten, and explain what that means for a deletion request.
Where data is processed, the safeguards for any cross-border transfer, and a plain summary of the security measures: encryption in transit and at rest, two-step verification, access controls and audit logging.
State the minimum age of 16, how the age gate works at sign-up, and what happens to an account found to belong to someone below it.
How changes are announced, how much notice is given for material ones, and where previous versions can be read.
Who the contract is between, when it starts, and confirmation that using Motorspree means accepting these terms and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility at 16 and over, accuracy of the information you give, responsibility for activity on your account, and the two-step verification requirement.
The Passport is attached to the vehicle. Entries are append-only. Explain what garage verification means, what a self-logged entry means, and that Motorspree does not warrant the accuracy of what a third party confirms.
State clearly that the contract for repair work is between the owner and the workshop. Motorspree provides the booking, the payment rail and the record. Cover deposits, cancellation, no-shows and how disputes are handled.
Accepted methods, the role of the licensed payment provider, deposits and balances, refunds, and the non-refundable parts-inquiry fee.
Tiers, prices, the seven-day trial on monthly, the ten-for-twelve yearly arrangement and its two-year limit, auto-renewal, cancellation, and the fact that cancelling makes the Passport read-only rather than deleting anything.
You keep ownership. Set out the licence Motorspree needs to display it, how the photographer capability handles credit for cars you do not own, and how takedown requests work.
Point to the Community Guidelines and restate the load-bearing rule: Motorspree is not a place to buy or sell vehicles, and listings are removed.
What causes suspension, notice given, appeal route, and what happens to Passport data on termination.
Written to be understood, not to intimidate. Be specific about what Motorspree is not responsible for: the quality of third-party repair work, insurance decisions, and the accuracy of records confirmed by others.
Governing law, jurisdiction and the dispute-resolution route before litigation.
Builds, maintenance, meets and the record. State the tone in one paragraph so the rest reads as consequences rather than rules.
Do not misrepresent work, mileage, parts or a car’s history. Passport records are read by people making decisions with real money.
The rule the product is built around. Posts advertising a vehicle for sale are flagged and removed. Explain what counts, what does not, and how to appeal.
Harassment, hate speech, doxxing and impersonation. Cover photographing other people’s cars and plates at meets.
Where the line sits on street racing, public-road speed and stunts, and what happens to accounts that cross it.
Sexual content, violence, illegal goods and services, and the reporting route for each.
Automated checks triage; a person reviews anything consequential. A removed post is surfaced to its author with the reason. Describe the appeal process and the timeline.
The ladder from a warning to removal to suspension to a permanent ban, and what happens to Passport data at each step.
Group by purpose: strictly necessary, preferences, analytics. Keep the list short and honest. If a category is not used, say so rather than reserving the right to use it.
Session and authentication, security and fraud prevention, load balancing. These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
Language between English and Urdu, market, theme and consent state itself.
Name the tool, what it measures, whether data is aggregated, and how long it is kept. State whether it runs before consent, and if the answer is yes, explain exactly why.
How to change consent from the site and from the app, how to withdraw it, and what changes when you do.
Any cookie set by a party other than Motorspree, named individually with a link to their own policy.
